SHIPPING
Epiphanie uses UPS Ground, and USPS for most shipping.
COLORS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However due to monitor discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display or color will be accurate.
PRODUCT CARE
We take special care to design all our products for long-lasting function and enjoyment. If you care for your bags, they will age well. We have included a custom-fitted storage/dust bag to protect it when it is not being used. To remove surface dirt, wipe your bag with a soft, damp cloth. Do not put any part of this bag into a washing machine or dryer. Nor is it recommended to use bleach or other cleaners on the exterior or interior of your bag. Interior panels may be gently removed and hand-washed using a soft, water-based cleanser. When you're done, let them air dry.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
RETURNS ARE SIMPLE. EXCHANGES ARE FREE! Your satisfaction makes our world go round. For all purchases, we will gladly exchange or return your item(s) within 15 days of your purchase. The item(s) must be in perfect, new, unused condition with the original tags attached in original packaging. Item(s) must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number.
To EXCHANGE an item:
Email us at support@epiphaniebags.com to be issued a Return Authorization number.
Allow 2 business days to be sent a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.
Upon receipt of your package, and pending inspection, we will send your exchanged items.
The good news is we will pay for the return postage!
Your credit card statement will show a credit for the returned item(s) and a charge for your exchanged item(s).
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT EXCHANGES: Any item deemed used will be ineligible for exchange. Pending inspection it is the sole discretion of Epiphanie to determine whether the item(s) have been used or been damaged in any way. If that is the case, the item(s) will be returned to you at your cost and no exchange provided.
To return an item:
Email us at support@epiphaniebags.com to be issued a Return Authorization number.
Allow 2 business days to be sent a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.
This number must be placed on the exterior of the box, otherwise your box will be refused delivery. Your bag must be returned in the original packaging, or another box large enough to properly accommodate the bag with interior protection so that the bag is not smashed, wrinkled, or damaged upon delivery.
Upon receipt and inspection of your package, we will refund your return items minus shipping, handling, and a 10% re-stocking fee.
We HIGHLY recommend that you return your item(s) via insured courier (FedEx, UPS, Certified Mail USPS) and keep your receipt & tracking number. Epiphanie is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Please note we have no control over your banking institution and your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.
